It is important to do the maintenance differential gears once a year. Maintenance is essential to maximize the durability of your Club Car cart!
Here are the steps:
1. Stably elevate your cart
2. Unscrew the differential cap using a 3/4 or 14 mm wrench (depending on the model of cart you have)
3. To assess the oil level in the differential, take a ty-rap and bend the tip.
4. Enter the ty-rap and approximate the amount of oil to add.
5. Add 8090 differential oil until a small drop overflows.
6. Before screwing the cap back on, check the aluminum sealing washer on the cap.
7. Screw the cap back on firmly with the 3/4 or 14mm wrench.
WARNING !! The cap should not be tightened too strongly so as not to break the threads of the cap.
